Hello Dynamics GP Community
Amplify is coming fast, March 20-22. http://www.gpugamplify.com/home
About 70% of the content for customers are already posted. If there is something you feel is missing, let me know and we can go after it.
We are adding a partner day focused on sales/marketing content for partners as well as business leadership.
This is the only GP focused event for customers. Last year customers loved this event because it was small enough so everything was easy to get to and everyone they talked to was a GP person.

Amplify? To Go or Not to Go? To Sponsor?
I believe this was the week that many partners and customers from the #MSDYNGP community lifted their heads up and took some time to find out what's going on in the #MSDYNGP world.
Great timing. Early Bird Deadline for www.gpugamplify.com is January 25th Registration
Amplify the only GP dedicated event for #MSDYNGP customers is coming in March. I hope this was a good week for everyone. It's after corporate tax filing, not month end/begin, so I hope it's a good week to consider. Registration
I was asked by an ISV, by a partner and by a customer separately this week on my thoughts about the value of Amplify for them. At first, I wanted to reply, of course it's valuable and of course you should attend, but it made me think about why I really felt that way.
When planning an event, I've always believed that content was the most important. If you bring the right content people will attend. Amplify this year is no different. We are focusing on valuable content.
Here are my top reasons a person should attend Amplify. www.gpugamplify.com
Customers:
- The Support Helpdesk will be there.
- Collect questions from your colleagues, and bring them to get free support!
- Want to deploy or create something like Refreshable Excel Reports, PowerBI, Workflow, or anything? Support can walk you through it. Bring a computer with access to your solution.
- Boom, just made your ROI.
- Industry Focus and Networking. This year we are trying something new. We've received feedback for years about the need to connect with people who are in a similar industry as you. We are working on bringing an industry focus to the event in addition to the normal networking opportunities.
- Really good content with excellent speakers focused on #MSDYNGP and technologies that make Dynamics GP awesome. Customer Session List
- Expo. Many customers come to an event to find solutions to their business problems. If your problem can't be solved in core GP, we have a good set of ISV's that have solutions that you can connect with.
Partners:
- We are offering a new partner only day focused on marketing, new sales, existing sales and leadership. We have spent a lot of time on this one day event to make it really valuable. Plus there is room for more content, so if you don't see what you want let me know. Partner Session List
- Now is the time that partners need to think about changing their sales cycle to modernize it and make it more agile and automated. We have a program dedicated to this process. There is a training available (space limited) Register for PACE Training - Anaheim Amplify
ISV's:
Making a choice of what events to sponsor is always hard. I've heard many ISV's are limiting the number of events they sponsor this year more than ever. I had an ISV ask me if they should sponsor because they would if I needed them to.
- I think of sponsorships like I do attendees. Sponsor if you feel like you will get an ROI out of your investment. I believe you will but it's up to you.
- Since this is a dedicated GP event, the leads will be solid and qualified.
- The expo is designed for easy traffic flow. It's a small event but filled with people who are looking to solve business problems they have.
Sponsorships are almost full, so if you are interested you need to get on it now.
I hope you will all join in March at www.gpugamplify.comRegistration

Kick the New Year off Right with Expert Marketing
On Twitter today there was a short dialog (as Twitter seems to always be) about outsourcing marketing or pieces of marketing. People opinions usually are YES! or NO! In my opinion it should be a maybe, with conscious effort and methodical thinking.
